While it is true that North America, the United States and Canada, is the “Melting Pot” of the world, where the majority of the inhabitants are either immigrants or descendents of immigrants, and a region where almost every ethnic group in the world can be found, there have, over the past two hundred years, been developed foods and dishes that are uniquely All American cuisine.
