 Irish Brown Bread

Traditional Irish Brown Bread, when prepared the old fashioned, authentic way, is a taste and texture treat unlike any other bread. Make some Irish Brown Bread and time it so it comes fresh out of the oven, when your Irish meal is about to be served.

This classic Irish Brown Bread is wonderful to eat by itself, with just some Irish butter on it, also perhaps a slather of yummy jam or marmalade. But it also is a marvelous bread to have on hand to sop up the delicious gravies and sauces that Irish cuisine features.
